WHAT IS PATRIOTS FEST?

Patriots Fest Is: an independent music festival making its first annual debut at the The Piazza Complex outside of Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2024.


Patriots Fest is not just another music event; it's a charitable movement that celebrates the essence of America using music as a conduit! 100% of net proceeds will be donated to local and national Veterans charities. We intend to create an unforgettable experience that leaves a lasting impact on attendees. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY.

WHAT IF I BECOME ILL AT THE FESTIVAL?

Medical stations will be located throughout the festival site. Paramedics and EMTs will be roaming the festival site as well. Remember, medical staff are there to help you under any circumstances. Not to judge you. Not to arrest you. They are there only to make sure you are safe. If you, or a friend, feel ill for any reason whatsoever, immediately check in with our medical staff to make sure all is well. Your safety is more important than anything.

WHAT TO BRING/NOT TO BRING?

WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?

  • Please note: BACKPACKS may be searched.
  • Lawn chairs are welcome.
  • CAMERAS: Personal cameras are allowed – bring them at your own risk. The promoters reserve the right to use photographs taken at the event in promotional materials.
  • CASH (SMALL BILLS) AND CREDIT CARDS. Cash and cards will be accepted for food, drinks, and memorabilia. There is no need to purchase food/drink tickets first. 
  • CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS ONLY.

WHAT CAN'T I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?

  • PETS of any kind allowed unless certified Service Animals for visually impaired
  • MOTORIZED VEHICLES
  • COOLERS
  • TENTS, CANOPIES, or other large pointy obstructions.
  • WEAPONS
  • NO WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID OR FOOD IS ADMITTED 
  • Limited food for infants and toddlers is acceptable

WILL WATER BE AVAILABLE?

Water will be available for sale. Again, no outside food or drinks, including no water or water bottles, sealed or unsealed.


CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT PATRIOTS FEST?

NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, OR AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT. Detachable lenses are okay. 


CAN I BRING SERVICE ANIMALS TO THE FESTIVAL?

Pets are prohibited from entry onto the festival site yet service animals such as dogs which are specifically used to provide assistance to disabled individuals are permitted on a case by case basis. 

PARKING.

Patriots Fest will feature FREE on site parking as well as parking throughout the area. We encourage all attendees to participate in ride share, public transportation, and carpooling to expedite your entry in and and out of the festival. Free, stand-alone parking will be limited. Ride share via Uber, Lyft, and others will feature convenient quick drop off and pick up points.

TICKET REFUNDS, TRANSFERRING POLICY.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKETS?
After the purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided for each show. Print out that email and bring it to the show with a government issued ID. You are also able to show the ticket on your phone, though printed tickets are preferred.


WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKETS FOR SOMEONE ELSE, OR WANT TO TRASFER THEM?

You are able to assign ticket holders by logging in to your EZticketz account, clicking the account button, and clicking the "Assign Tickets" button. Enter the ticket holder's name, save, press print tickets. From there, you can either print, or save and send the tickets. Your tickets will be updated with the correct ticket holder's name.


WHAT IF I LOST MY TICKETS?
First, try logging in to your EZticketz account, and clicking the account button. Your orders will all be displayed under the orders tab. If you do NOT have a EZticketz account, you can email us at support@ezticketz.com, and we can resend your order.


WHAT IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED?

If the event is canceled, you will be fully refunded. Service charges are not refundable.


WHAT IF THE BAND I WANTED TO SEE CANCELS?

Like any ticketing service, if the act is the “headliner”, or main act on the show, money will be refunded. If the act that canceled is one of the supporting acts, refunds will not be issued.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event or headlining act has been canceled.
